Winning life :) Went for my 20 minute run today and felt great after. Still gettin ginto the no sugar, gluten, and dairy routine. Sugar’s my main isuue. It all jus messes with me :( Mehh.  Ate clean. Exercised.  Stayed positive.  So, basically today was amazing :)  Breakie: Apple, 2 eggs, some almonds. Snack: 2 strawberries. Lunch: 1 bowl soup Pre-Workout:Yogi, dark chocolate, 1/2 rice...
